Tracing Blessings Back to Centre

For Brian and Allison Thomas Mefford (Centre '95 and '94), including Centre in their estate planning was not a difficult decision, nor was it a complex exercise once they set out to create their plan.

"Centre has been so good to us and countless blessings trace back to the College: kernels of wisdom planted by professors who became friends and mentors; time shared on campus as a young couple that helped nurture shared dreams; a tight knit network of friends and colleagues that cross several generations," says Brian.

The couple decided that it's never too early to pay tribute to these experiences and these relationship by investing in the future of the place and the people that cross the Centre threshold.

Allison adds, "We're grateful for the impact on our lives, and we are thankful that Centre just continues to improve in virtually every respect."

Here's hoping that their kids—Owen, Eli, and Clara—consider following in their parents' footsteps!
